Perfect for grilling, pasta dishes, pizzas, or served on a toasted roll with peppers and onions.

Seasoning Notes:

If seasoning cakes, simply break it apart — it remains fresh and flavorful.

Additional Ingredients Needed (Customer Provided):

4 cups of dry red wine (affordable table wine works best).

Preparation Instructions:

Cube meat and combine with seasoning.

Pour wine over seasoned cubes and mix thoroughly as a binder.
