Our Country Style Sausage delivers a bold and balanced flavor profile. Made with freshly ground pork and seasoned with a blend of allspice, ginger, fennel, and other hand-selected spices, it’s a versatile option that complements both traditional breakfast plates and wild game. Available in patties or links, it’s perfect for grilling or the skillet.

A well-balanced pork sausage that pairs well with Game like Venison, Elk, and Wild Pork. That’s good in links or patties.

This seasoning is made with No MSG or anticaking agents. If the seasoning does cake, just break it up; it’s not bad.

Recommended fat content:

20-25% fat of your choice, some like beef, some like pork fat.

Recommended casings:

For links 32-35 mm Hog casings or 22-24 mm Sheep Casings. Personal choice.

Seasoning is pre-mixed and complete with my recipe. No additional dry ingredients needed.

Makes Approximately 25 lbs.

Cube meat and mix in seasoning. Use a pint of cold water for binder. Grind through grinder plate of your choice.

I prefer a course grind, but that’s a personal choice.
