A time-honored favorite, our Bratwurst blends rich tradition with savory flavor. Made from coarse-ground pork or a mix of 60% pork and 40% red meat, it’s seasoned with a classic German-inspired blend of spices, including nutmeg, white pepper, coriander, and a touch of garlic. The result is a juicy, flavorful sausage that shines on the grill, in a skillet, or served with sauerkraut and mustard.

Seasoning Notes:

No MSG or anticaking agents.

If the seasoning cakes, simply break it up — it’s perfectly fine.
Recommended Fat Content:

Casings:

32–35 mm hog casings for links (or your preferred size).

Patties are also an option if you prefer casing-free.
Additional Ingredients Needed (Customer Provided):

4 cups of a light lager beer (affordable options work best).

Preparation Instructions:

Cube meat and toss with seasoning.

Pour beer over the seasoned meat as a binder.

Grind through the plate size of your choice. (I prefer a coarse grind, though it’s a personal preference.)
